C&S Wholesale Grocers and C&S Charities, organizers of the annual C&S Charity Golf Outing/Tee Up for Kids®, were recognized with the 2020 Boston Red Sox Jimmy Fund Award—the Jimmy Fund’s highest honor—at Fenway Park in August 2021. The Red Sox present the award annually to those who demonstrate a longstanding commitment to the lifesaving mission of Dana- Farber, and with more than $3.5 million contributed over 36 years, C&S and C&S Charities more than fit the bill.
Founded in 1918 and headquartered in Keene, N.H., C&S Wholesale Grocers is an industry leader in supply chain solutions and wholesale grocery supply. Their event, which spans two days and 3 to 4 golf courses each year, is one of the longest-running charity golf tournaments supporting Jimmy Fund Golf presented by Mohegan Sun.The funds they contribute to Dana-Farber support pediatric cancer research, bringing hope to young patients and their families.
